Step 2: Team up with a Personal Trainer

Now that you’ve come into the club, walk up to the front desk and let them know you’re interested in your complimentary personal training consultation. Sounds like a lot of complicated words? The bottom line is this – we want one of our certified personal trainers to meet with you, learn more about your fitness goals, and then you’ll do a brief rotation of exercises to see your fitness starting point. This will provide our team the tools to personalize your workout plan with easy to follow exercises.

Step 3: Jump on into a Group Fitness Class

Break a sweat and have a blast! One of the best ways to keep on moving is by having fun in one of our many group fitness classes.
